Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revenew Labs website and platform at revenewlabs.in (the "Service"), operated by Revenew Labs ("Revenew Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service or subscribing, you ("you", "the client") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Revenew Labs is a subscription-based software platform for small businesses in India — primarily owner-operated cosmetic and aesthetic clinics. The Service provides reporting, analytics, and campaign-management tools for your Google Ads account, and read-only reporting for your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising account, through our dashboard. For Google Ads, we apply the campaign changes you approve on your behalf. For Meta, our access is read-only; and where you enable it, we send the conversion events you configure to your own Meta dataset via the Meta Conversions API.

Our role. Revenew Labs is a software provider. We are not an agent of Google or Meta, we do not resell Google Ads or Meta advertising services, and we do not resell or share Google Ads API or Meta Marketing API access. We operate your advertising accounts only to the extent you authorize — by linking your Google Ads account to our manager account, and by sharing your Meta ad account with our business.

2. Eligibility

You must be a business or an authorized representative of a business, and be able to form a binding contract, to use the Service. The Service is intended for clients in India.

3. Account linking and authorization

Google Ads: you link your own Google Ads account to our Google Ads manager account (MCC) by accepting a manager link request from within your own Google Ads account.
Meta Ads: you share your own Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account with our business (read-only) by adding Revenew Labs as a partner from within your own Meta Business Manager. Optionally, you can enable conversion tracking by generating a Conversions API access token in your own Meta Events Manager and providing it to us.
By granting access, you authorize Revenew Labs to: (a) read your Google Ads and Meta reporting data; (b) apply the campaign changes you approve on your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API; and (c) where you enable it, send the conversion events you configure to your own Meta dataset via the Meta Conversions API. Our Meta ad-account access is read-only — we do not create, edit, or pause your Meta campaigns.
You retain ownership of your advertising accounts and may revoke our access at any time — by cancelling the manager link in Google Ads, or removing our partner access in Meta Business Manager. Revoking access will end our ability to provide the Service for that account.

4. Owner approval of changes

Revenew Labs surfaces recommendations and analytics. Changes to your Google Ads campaigns are applied only after you approve them in the dashboard. You are responsible for reviewing and approving changes, and for the decisions you make using the information we provide.

5. Fees and payment

Use of the Service requires a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription, as quoted to you at sign-up.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Our fees are separate from your Google Ads and Meta advertising spend, which you pay directly to Google and Meta under your own billing arrangements with them. Revenew Labs does not pay your Google Ads or Meta invoices on your behalf unless expressly agreed in writing.
Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription as described in Section 10.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
Comply with all applicable laws and with the advertising policies of the platforms you use, including the Google Ads policies and the Meta Advertising Standards, in relation to the ads run through your accounts.
Ensure your advertising content and the products and services you promote (including any cosmetic, aesthetic, or medical claims) are lawful, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations.
Keep your login credentials secure and not share access in ways that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the Service's operation or security, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it to violate any law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, dashboard, design, and content, is owned by Revenew Labs and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain all rights to your own account data.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on Google Ads and the Google Ads API, and on Meta and the Meta Marketing API and Meta Conversions API, which are provided by Google and Meta under their own terms. Your use of Google Ads and Meta is also subject to your agreements with Google and Meta respectively. We are not responsible for Google's or Meta's services, changes to their APIs, or actions they take in respect of your accounts.

10. Term, suspension, and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in your account or by contacting us; you may also unlink your Google Ads account or remove our Meta access at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service unlawfully.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will stop accessing your Google Ads account, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to reduce wasted spend and improve performance, we do not guarantee any particular advertising result, number of bookings, ranking, cost per booking, or return on ad spend. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the Google and Meta platforms, competition, your budget, and your market. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenew Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost advertising spend, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Revenew Labs in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Revenew Labs harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your advertising content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, the courts at [Add your city, India] will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
